Koch triangle contains AV node and His bundle — Koch’s triangle is bordered posteriorly by the tendon of Todaro (fibrous extension from the eustachian ridge), anteriorly by the septal leaflet of the tricuspid valve, and inferiorly by the ostium of the coronary sinus.
