- It occurs in epiphysis, apophysis, epiphysioid bone of immature bone
- Sclerosis, collpase, fragmentation, reossification, and reconstruction
- Most are occured before 10 year-old
- Boys are more affected than girls
- Most cases reveal trauma history of affected patients
