Breast spiculated lesion DDX: Breast lesions which have spiculated margin

When you find “A spiculated mass” in mammography you should think these four differential diagnosis

Radial scar

Sclerosing adenosis

Invasive ductal carcinoma

Tubular carcinoma

• Tubular proliferation > 90% of lesion
• Good prognosis and Slow growing
• MG : Small irregular spiculated mass
• US : hypoechoic mass, posterior shadowing, spiculated or indistinct margin
