13 ~ 18 yr, Girl, 2nd > 3rd or 4th metatarsals
Progressive pain, edema

- Flattening, sclerosis, fragmentation of metatarsal head, osteochondral fragment, widening of adjacent joint space, periostitis of metadiaphysis
– Sequelae : deformitym osteoarthritis
- Flattening, sclerosis, fragmentation of metatarsal head, osteochondral fragment, widening of adjacent joint space, periostitis of metadiaphysis

- Avascular necrotic bone, joint effusion, adjacent soft tissue edema
- RADIOGRAPH
Simple AP radiograph shows flattening and sclerotic change of 3rd metatarsal head
MRI shows subchondral fracture at 3rd metatarsal head with joint effusion (T2WI)
