When you find “A spiculated mass” in mammography you should think these four differential diagnosis
- Tubular proliferation > 90% of lesion
- Good prognosis and Slow growing
- MG : Small irregular spiculated mass
- US : hypoechoic mass, posterior shadowing, spiculated or indistinct margin
